MelbourneUtilityLocator provides underground utility locating, infrastructure analysis, and site survey services for project planning and excavation safety. Our reports include GPS coordinates, depth estimates, and risk assessments based on non-invasive detection methods.
Clients must provide accurate property boundaries, access to the site, and any existing utility records. Marking flags and paint are temporary; clients should preserve markings until excavation is complete. MelbourneUtilityLocator is not liable for utilities not detectable by standard electromagnetic or ground-penetrating radar methods.
Our services are performed with professional care, but no detection method guarantees 100% accuracy. MelbourneUtilityLocator shall not be held liable for damages resulting from unmarked or misidentified utilities, including but not limited to gas lines, water mains, electrical conduits, or telecommunications cables. Liability is limited to the total fee paid for the specific service.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee. Refunds are not issued after the service has been performed.
MelbourneUtilityLocator reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any client for non-payment, unsafe site conditions, or violation of these terms. Clients may terminate service agreements with 14 days written notice.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or website notice.
